Imagine a family weekend where you can get your homeschool batteries recharged, be refreshed, meet other homeschool families, and spend quality time with your own family.
Imagine learning from homeschool veterans and the leading proponents of home education.
Imagine your teen attending sessions designed to helpĀ “prepare and equip our children to be ready to respond, with grace and truth, to the inevitable intellectual questions and spiritual challenges that will come their way.”
Imagine a convention hall filled with homeschool resources you can actually get your hands on, plus get to talk to the people who publish, write and use it!
That’s what Great Homeschool Conventions are all about!
Great Homeschool Conventions are 3 regional conventions that make great weekends the whole family can enjoy!
Personally, I’ll be attending the MidWest Homeschool Convention in Cincinnati, OH. The only problem I see is choosing which speakers and which workshops I can fit in between browsing the exhibition hall and laughing at the Friday comedy night with Mark Lowery! I can’t wait!!
I Want You To Go, Too!

Looking forward to hearing Dr. Christopher Perrin speak. We are loving CAP’s Latin curriculum.
Most excited about hearing Dr Debra Bell b/c her “Homeschooling the Teen” book is changing our lives for the next 6 years.
I’ve only been to one convention and didn’t go hear anyone speak, so would love to hear any of the speakers this year. I think I’m most excited about Jason Lindsey. He looks like my kind of “teacher”.
I’m really looking forward to hearing Heidi St. John!
Jim Weiss’ storytelling, and Mad Dog Math .
Dr. Ben Carson!!
Very excited to hear Dr. Ben Carson!
