I can’t believe another new year is here! It’s the perfect time to reflect on accomplishments and events of the past year and look forward to the year ahead.
Here at The Homeschool Scientist the monthly science calendars were downloaded thousands of times in 2016. I get messages via email, Facebook, and Instagram telling and showing me how your kids are enjoying them. I love that! Some families use the science calendars first thing in the morning to kick start young minds. Others use them for boredom busters after the school work is complete.
In 2017, I’ll still be creating the science calendars and making them available for free. I am shaking things up a bit with a new format and distribution system. To get your free science calendar, just enter your email into a form and you will instantly be sent an email with a link to your free science calendar.
January Science Calendar
The idea behind The Homeschool Scientist’s science calendars is to add a little science to everyday. These calendars have daily links to interesting science information and fun science activities. These help kids see that science is everywhere and very accessible.
In January, you will learn about:
- meteorites
- penguins
- popcorn
- squirrels
- space exploration
- snow flakes
- energy conservation
- and more!
Enter your email in the form below and get your FREE January science calendar emailed to you!

I can’t get any of the links to open on the 2017 Jan. calendar. I followed the link from the email & tried here as well. I’m using a iPad. Help?
Does your iPad allow PDF files? It may not. The calendar is in PDF format. You should be able to open it from a computer. Let me know if that helps!
Great resource, thank you!
You are most welcome. Enjoy!
