In our homeschool, academics are important. I spend lots of time searching for the right curriculum and resources for my children. But, as the old saying goes, “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.” I can tell when we spend too much time on straight academics. The kids’ attention spans wane, and they are just bored.
